HR Assistant – 12 Month FTC
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top US law firm as a HR Assistant on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:
* Lead and coordinate all work experience and internship applications
* Support with the preparation of HR documentation e.g. probation letters
* Administer the new joiner life cycle i.e. issue contracts of employment, on-board new joiners to the HR system, initiate background checks and visa sponsorships, arrange new joiner induction meetings, and prepare schedules
* Conduct Right to Work and Conflicts Checks and flagging any discrepancies to the Senior HR Manager
* Take ownership of new joiner trackers and checklists for associates, trainees, and business services staff
* Coordinate leaver administration including conducting business services staff exit interviews where appropriate
* Assist with filtering trainee applications and assist with setting up trainee interviews
* Attending Law Fairs and Graduate Recruitment Events, ordering, and designing branded merchandise for marketing
Skills & Requirements of the HR Assistant:
* 1-2 years of experience working within HR
* Experience working in a Law Firm or other professional services
