As a Support Worker in Llanaelhaearn, you’ll help make the everyday remarkable for the people we support.

Location: Llanaelhaearn, Gwynedd
Hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week, some weekend work, no sleep-ins
Salary: £12.74 per hour
Contract: Permanent

What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you’ll actively support individuals in making their own choices and setting their own goals. Clwb Cartrefi currently supports 10 people in our day service and 1 client in home care. We take clients out into the community for activities such as trips to cafes, cinema, cooking sessions, craft sessions, and tourist attractions. Our person-centred approach means we facilitate any activity that the person we support is interested in.
We run weekly cooking sessions where clients learn kitchen skills and build friendships. Our craft and sensory room hosts activities including bingo sessions. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a sense of fun, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-growing team.
Your goal is to make everyday remarkable by enhancing well-being and focusing on small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose. This person-centred support makes the role fun and rewarding.

No experience is required as full training is provided. We’d love to hear from you if you:

* can support personal care with respect and dignity
* have strong communication and teamwork skills
* can advocate effectively to a range of professionals
* possess good written skills and empathy in record-keeping
* hold a full driving licence — essential for transporting individuals
