About the Job
This Senior Finance Analyst role will see you take ownership of key reporting processes while supporting business transformation across finance. Partnering closely with both commercial and operational teams, you will deliver detailed insight, oversee compliance, and contribute to process improvements within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Duties will include:
* Leading key elements of the monthly and annual reporting cycles
* Delivering variance analysis with commentary for senior stakeholders
* Managing budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
* Ensuring compliance with VAT, tax, and statutory reporting requirements
* Supporting external audit and preparation of financial statements
* Mentoring junior team members and sharing best practice
* Driving improvements to reporting processes and automation tools
* Building models to support scenario planning and strategic decisions
About the Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with experience in financial analysis and reporting, ideally within a fast-paced commercial setting. Strong Excel and systems skills are essential, alongside a proactive mindset and the ability to communicate financial insight effectively across the business.
