Description As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our Group care homes, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care in a nurturing environment. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and kindness among residents and staff alike. With your experience and vision, youll be instrumental in creating and implementing care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident. You will also be responsible for compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring that all procedures are followed for the wellbeing of our residents. Building strong relationships with families and communities is key, as we strive to create a home where everyone feels safe, supported, and happy. Responsibilities Drive, establish and maintain our CORE values throughout your team. Oversee and be responsible for daily operations of the care home and ensure high standards of care are maintained. Lead, mentor, and support the care home team while fostering a positive work environment. Develop and implement individual care plans based on residents' needs and preferences. Maintain compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively, and be accountable for the accurate reporting and recording of all require data to the Group as needed. Build relationships with residents, families, and local communities to enhance care services. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as needed.
