Scope of the Role
As Chief Product Officer, you’ll own and deliver the product vision across traditional, tech-enabled and licensed product categories.
* Lead the Product Design, Product Development and R&D teams under a unified strategy.
* Build a market-led product roadmap informed by customer insight and commercial goals.
* Drive innovation in new product categories, from connected devices to lifestyle hardware.
* Integrate UK and China teams for end-to-end product delivery excellence.
* Establish a culture of collaboration, accountability and measurable impact.
Key Skills and Experience Required
* Proven success as a Chief Product Officer, Product Director or VP of Product in consumer hardware or tech-enabled products.
* Experience leading cross-functional product teams and scaling new categories.
* Strong commercial acumen with a record of delivering growth through innovation.
* Background in consumer electronics, lifestyle hardware or performance-led products.
* Confident communicator, capable of influencing at CEO and board level.
