We're now looking for a Customer Services Administrator
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Working on the service delivery team
* Managing customer requests - dealing with quotes, complaints, general queries & compliance documentation. Working within the SLA timeframe
* High use of system work—lots of attention to detail
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO?
* Can manage your own workload
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office—Excel, Outlook, etc
* Previous Admin work
* Previous Customer Service skills
* Accuracy of data is highly ideal
* Can work in a fast paced environment
