Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day finance operations, including data entry and transaction processing
* Assist with the preparation of routine financial reports and summaries
* Help maintain accurate records and ensure systems are kept up to date
* Provide support with invoice processing, purchase orders, and reconciliations
* Assist with general administrative duties across the finance team
* Respond to internal queries and help ensure smooth communication between departments
* Contribute to maintaining accurate and organised financial documentation
You need to be:
* An organised, detail-focused individual with a strong sense of ownership
* Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with finance systems (e.g., Sage or similar)
* Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively under pressure
* Comfortable in a fast-moving, change-oriented environment
