The Role:
* Develop deep relationships with clients leading digital transformation projects
* Source hard-to-find technical talent acrosssoftware engineering, data analytics, and DevOps.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for business-critical technology projects
* Build your own desk within your chosen technical specialty
* Partner with organizations from innovative startups to FTSE 100 enterprises
What You'll Need:
* Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
* Understanding of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or digital transformation is a plus
* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
* Commercial awareness of technology trends and market dynamics
* Drive to succeed in a target-driven environment
* Resilience and determination to excel
