We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Commercial Sales Executive to join our friendly and professional team in Winchester. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a highly respected insurance brand, focusing on commercial insurance lines across Hampshire. You’ll be supported by a dedicated marketing and prospecting team, helping you to build new relationships, grow your client base, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Role Responsibilities
* Generate new business in line with agreed targets
* Build and manage an active sales pipeline
* Prospect and convert high-quality leads
* Deliver tailored, face-to-face consultations and quotes
* Develop strong relationships within the local business community
* Maintain high standards of compliance and service delivery
* Continue professional development through training and licensing
Key Skills Required
* A confident communicator with proven sales experience (insurance experience welcome but not essential)
* Professional, enthusiastic, and driven by results
* Skilled in managing and developing a pipeline of prospects
* Organised, compliant, and customer-focused
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
* A full UK driving licence holder (essential)
