We are seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to join our growing UK team.
This is a phone-based, outbound sales role focused on generating new business across multiple sectors. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new customers - building relationships that translate into long-term commercial growth.
This position is ideal for someone energetic, persuasive, and motivated by results, looking to develop a career in B2B sales within a supportive and ambitious environment.
Conduct outbound calls to researched leads across healthcare, hospitality, catering, janitorial, and industrial sectors.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities using both internal data and external tools.
Track and report weekly performance and sales pipeline activity.
Gradually develop your own managed accounts, earning commission on gross profit generated.
Experience: Proven outbound calling or telesales experience (B2B essential).
Confident, engaging, and professional phone manner.
Keen to learn and progress into account management.
(Industry experience in healthcare, hygiene, catering, or industrial supplies is beneficial but not essential - full training provided.)
