This is an excellent opportunity for a senior clinician who enjoys leading teams, shaping clinical standards, and mentoring colleagues, while remaining hands-on in practice.

- No OOH (on-call only for overnight inpatients if required)

The ideal candidate
- Strong small animal clinical background
- Previous senior or leadership experience
- Passion for gold-standard, evidence-based care
- Confident coaching and developing a clinical team
