We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand PR Manager to join our passionate and purpose-driven team.
About the Role
This role places you at the heart of our storytelling and brand-building efforts—shaping how the world sees, hears, and connects with Help for Heroes.
You’ll deliver our PR strategy to boost awareness, drive supporter engagement, and fuel our mission. From headline-grabbing stories to authentic media moments, you’ll ensure our brand shines across earned media.
Working closely with teams across Brand, Fundraising, and Marketing, you’ll identify key opportunities to champion our work, and coordinate coverage across national and regional outlets.
About the Team
You’ll be part of the dynamic Communications and Public Affairs team, collaborating daily with creative professionals dedicated to raising awareness and impact. We thrive on creative thinking, innovation, and mutual support, all while staying mission-focused.
About You
You are a strategic thinker with a strong background in PR, and a natural storyteller with an eye for opportunities.
You’ve got a track record of successfully pitching to media, securing top-tier coverage, and developing PR campaigns that deliver on brand and business goals. You bring excellent media contacts, particularly across consumer and current affairs press.
You’re confident managing celebrity and influencer relationships, have experience delivering campaigns involving high-profile talent, and know how to align them with brand strategy and tone.
You’re organised, proactive, and adaptable—ready to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

Hours: 35 per week, Monday – Friday.
Contract Type: Fixed term contract (6 months)
