Senior HR Advisor –
Duration: 3 months
Working Pattern: 37 hours – Full-time Mon-Fri
Hybrid Working: 3 days onsite, 2 days at home - Northamptonshire
CIPD Level 5 required
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join the team on an interim basis for the next 12 weeks initially, please see below for further details:
Duties -
1. Employee Relations Support
2. Manage and advise on sickness absence cases
3. Handle disciplinary and grievance processes
4. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures
5. Manager Advisory
6. Act as a point of contact for managers needing HR advice
7. Offer practical, hands-on support rather than strategic direction
8. Ensure consistent application of HR processes across teams
9. HR Process Execution
10. Deliver a solid HR programme with a focus on operational delivery
11. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to HR cases
12. TUPE
13. Support TUPE processes as needed, though not responsible for managing them independently
14. General HR Administration
15. Assist with day-to-day HR tasks and ensure compliance with employment law
16. Contribute to HR initiatives and projects as directed
