* Engage with client stakeholders to understand challenges and define requirements.
* Map current and future processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
* Translate business needs into actionable specifications and solution designs.
* Support digital transformation initiatives, including ERP, CRM, and workflow automation.
* Conduct data analysis to inform decisions and validate business cases.
* Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
* Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a consultancy or client-facing role.
* Strong understanding of business process improvement and change management.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with project and change management methodologies.
* Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
