Job Description:
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our Quartex Customer Experience Team and become a Senior Product Specialist, Quartex. This role provides an excellent chance to expand your skillset, enhance your experience, and advance your career in a growing area of AM’s business. You’ll be pivotal in ensuring the success of our Quartex customers, from onboarding and training to supporting platform use and developing the user community.
As a Senior Product Specialist, Quartex, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll provide onboarding and training when they first join, then continue to work closely to help them showcase their collections and maximise their use of the platform. This will involve collaboration with teams across AM. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the sales process, representing Quartex at industry events, and actively participate in user testing, providing valuable feedback to help shape the future of the platform.

Experience and skills
* Experience of working in or with special collections and archives.
* Knowledge of archive or library systems, especially in digital publishing and digital asset management.
* Experience with system implementations and/or migrations is desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience of building strong internal and external professional partnerships.
* Experience of project management is desirable.

* Accomplished and diplomatic communicator, with the ability to appropriately adapt messaging.
