We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Project Worker to join our team and deliver strengths-based, recovery-focused support that empowers individuals to live well and thrive. What You'll Be Doing You will: Develop trusting and therapeutic relationships with service users Support wellbeing and safety management plans Assist with daily living skills including budgeting, cooking and home management Support tenancy sustainment and independent living Facilitate therapeutic and group activities Promote social inclusion, positive health and recovery Maintain accurate records and contribute to team communication Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary partners Who We're Looking For Qualifications & Experience Applicants must meet one of the following: QCF/NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a related subject plus 6 months paid experience supporting people within a health and social care setting OR Minimum 12 months paid experience supporting people within a health and social care setting Knowledge & Skills Proven experience motivating, supporting and mentoring service users Experience maintaining service user and agency records Working knowledge of IT systems Circumstances Flexibility to work across a rota including early, late, weekend and night cover shifts Values Applicants should demonstrate Inspire values including inclusiveness, passion, determination, kindness, honesty and innovation.
