Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an experienced interim Data and Performance Lead with strong analytical capability and excellent business intelligence skills. We need someone who can translate organisational data into meaningful insight to support decision-making at Executive, Committee, Board, and operational levels. We require proficiency in business intelligence and data visualisation tools, including Qlik. We require advanced Microsoft Excel skills. We require experience with Microsoft Forms. We require experience with Microsoft Power Automate. We need strong knowledge of data modelling and data structure design. We need experience in process mapping and workflow analysis. We need the ability to work collaboratively with operational teams to understand local processes, system capabilities, and data sets. We need the ability to interpret legislation, regulation, research, and best practice to shape new reporting areas. Experience supporting performance reporting frameworks and strategic reporting areas would be highly beneficial. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to provide dedicated interim support to our Governance and Assurance Team over a 6-month period. We need you to work closely with our Head of Governance and Assurance to strengthen our Performance Reporting Framework. We will expect you to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely performance information across the business. We need you to automate the production of our Health and Safety Scorecard. We will ask you to review and enhance our compliance dashboard, including monitoring prescribed timescales and actions. We need you to extract and visualise data from Health and Safety Inspection Forms. We need you to produce dashboards that show compliance with inspection schedules, enable exception reporting, and highlight defects requiring action. We will expect you to support development of Ofgem Heat Network Reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory return requirements. We need you to build dashboards that provide assurance of compliance with the Competence and Conduct Standard in line with our action plan. We will ask you to develop dashboards for Voids and Arrears, providing visibility of end-to-end key-to-key processes and insight into performance trends. We need you to produce reporting tailored for SLT, Executive, and operational users.
