Salary up to £32,760 – £39,870 DOE + on‑call, overtime & commission.
Metro Rod works with Equans, Amey, Aldi, Mitie, Greggs, McDonald’s, Wetherspoons and many more in FM, Social Housing, Property Management, Retail, Industrial and Leisure sectors. What does it entail?
* Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains
* Operation of high‑pressure water jetting equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
* Carrying out surveys
* Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
* Accurately recording work/job details via bespoke internal/client systems and apps
* Communicating effectively with high‑profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided
* Being part of an on‑call rota to help service our clients 24/7 365 days a year (one week in four, variable according to the business needs)
What are we looking for?
* High‑pressure water jetting and CCTV surveying experience in commercial drainage (training provided for the right candidate)
* Excellent problem‑solving ability with sound technical knowledge
* Positive, flexible, can‑do attitude
* Willingness to work unsociable hours
* Full UK driving licence
