Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
What you’ll bring to the role:
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences that encourage repeat business.
* Supporting the Sales Manager in managing the Sales Executive prospect system, ensuring data accuracy and effective use.
* Adherence to all regulations, policies, and FCA standards for Finance & Insurance.
* Motivation to achieve departmental profitability, financial, and customer satisfaction goals.
* An analytical approach to interpret financial data and prepare reports for Senior Management.
* Experience in training, coaching, and developing sales staff to reach their potential.
* Experience in automotive sales, particularly with similar brands, and working within a team with shared objectives.
* Management experience with sales staff.
