EA to Sales Team – Hybrid working offered!
Asset Management firm in the City of London
£30-34 per hour (approx. £70k per annum)
Maternity cover – 10 months, with potential to be extended

My client is an established, globally recognised investment management firm with stunning offices in the City of London, within walking distance from main stations such as Liverpool Street, Fenchurch Street and Cannon Street.
They are looking for an experienced EA to join them for a 10-month maternity cover, working either 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9am – 5pm. They work in the offices 4 days a week, with 1 day from home.
This role will predominantly support 1 Managing Director, and 9 Directors, with wider support to the team (many of whom are very self-sufficient).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with extensive experience supporting senior management, capable of managing complex tasks independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
They are looking for EAs who have experience of working in large financial corporations, with a global name in the market, and experience of managing multiple diaries and booking regular, international travel for a number of Directors, Managing Directors and Associates / Analysts.
WHAT YOU’LL DO;
High volume diary management
Processing expenses in Concur and liaising with internal teams
Arranging complex international travel
Monitoring inboxes and maintaining quick response times
Providing holiday over for other Assistants
Phone coverage and screening calls as necessary
General administrative team support
WHO YOU ARE;
An experienced EA in a similar role within financial services
Experience of supporting a team of 5+
Experience of both booking travel and processing expenses using Concur
Strong Microsoft skills, especially Outlook
Ability to push back where required and can offer examples of working under pressure
Proactive and professional approach who works well as part of a team
