This is a full-time, permanent position based in Yeovil paying up to £28,000 PA depending on your experience. This role is working Monday Friday 9.00 17.00.
You'll play a key part in the scheduling team, ensuring continuity and quality of care for our clients while supporting the care professionals. The role is fast-paced and requires someone calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and great at building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create, manage, and optimise client and care professional schedules
2. Respond to last-minute changes or cancellations efficiently
3. Visit clients for assessments, reviews, and quality checks
4. Work closely with the Care Manager and recruitment team
5. Support in delivering training and participate in the on-call rota
