Customer Service Advisor - Nights
Join Ventrica’s dynamic team at Ventrica (Tommee Tippee) as a Customer Service Advisor for night shifts. The role is a fixed‑term contract until 31/12/2025.
Responsibilities
* Provide support and guidance to customers during their parenting journey.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Tommee Tippee, upholding core values.
* Ensure the customer is at the heart of every interaction across phone, social media, web chat, or email.
* Assist with order processing and recommend appropriate products to achieve sales through service.
Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, ideally within a contact centre environment.
* Passion for working with a world‑leading baby brand and a drive to set it apart from competition.
* Compassionate, empathetic approach to customer interactions.
* Ability to handle challenging situations and sensitive topics with care and professionalism.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, adapting tone to customer needs.
* Methodical troubleshooting and clear explanation of solutions.
* Confidence in IT skills to navigate customer‑service software and manage information accurately.
Working Hours & Location
* Full‑time – 40 hours per week.
* Shifts: Tuesday 23:00‑07:00, Wednesday & Thursday 22:00‑06:30, Friday 22:00‑06:30, Sunday 23:30‑07:00.
* Office‑based at Southend‑On‑Sea during training (09:00‑18:00 Monday‑Friday for 2 weeks).
* Post‑training: remote with occasional office travel.
Hardware & Software Requirements
Desktop/ Laptop: Windows 11 (proprietary 23H2/24H2, 8th Gen Intel i‑series or 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen, 8 GB RAM, 15 GB+ free storage) **or** macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later with same memory/storage specs. No Chromebooks or Windows devices in S‑Mode permitted.
Mobile Phone: Apple or Android smartphone with iOS 17+ or Android 13+ for multi‑factor authentication.
Network: Ping ≤ 20 ms, download ≥ 20 Mbps, upload ≥ 5 Mbps.
