Overview
Neston and Willaston Care Community Team are looking for an admin assistant to join our small and friendly team in the Neston area of Cheshire West. We are hoping to recruit a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills.
Within this role you will have contact with patients, carers, families, and other health professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a flexible 'can do' approach, and a professional, friendly and welcoming manner.
This vacancy is part time 12.5 hours per week (to cover Mon & Tues).
The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
All new starters will commence in post on one fixed start date each month, in line with our Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme date. P2C offers up to 3 weeks training to support you to meet the induction / initial training requirements of the role.

Responsibilities
* Undertake a full range of administrative/reception responsibilities.
* Process referrals, scan/photocopy documents and upload to electronic records.
* Answer telephone calls and forward/redirect as needed.
* Arrange meetings and take meeting notes.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Flexible "can do" approach; professional, friendly and welcoming manner.
* Working knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft packages; full training will be provided on CWP systems.
