Brief role description: The Employment Advisor- Young People will provide progression mentoring and employability support to military family members and manage a diverse caseload of young people affected by military life, specifically civilian children aged 16-24 of a serving or veteran parent/guardian. • Assess the individual client’s needs • Help and support Young People (YP) affected by military life • Build relationships and partnerships with YP services The Employment Advisor- Yong People will do this by providing employment & job finding support, access to wider support agencies and, when required, individual needs assessments.
