Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Osmington, Weymouth, for a Summer Stock Administrator. The role involves overseeing and managing stock control and inventory systems, ensuring accurate stock levels to meet operational needs. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include tracking stock movements, coordinating with various departments, maintaining records, and preparing reports to support decisions. The position also requires regular communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth inventory operations and optimize financial efficiency.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating inventory data and generating reports
* Effective Communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
* Basic understanding of Finance principles related to inventory and cost control
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in using inventory management tools and software
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
* Experience in a similar role or operational setting is an advantage
* Interest in working in an outdoor, seasonal business environment
* Must have good verbal and written communication skills and good IT skills with working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
* Must have good mathematical skills
Salary £20.00 - £25.00 per hour
This is a full time position for 4 months starting beginning of June
