Purpose: The Clean & Pack Technician supports the final cleaning and packaging of orthopaedic implants, ensuring adherence to cGMP and hygiene specifications. This role is crucial in maintaining product quality and facilitating the daily shipment of products. You will be responsible for *: - Expediting work orders to meet day rate/product mix targets. - Operating cleaning systems for implants (Hamo, Sterilisation and Optimal passivation line). - Accurately interpreting technical specifications, work instructions, and using associated measuring equipment. - Prioritizing workload to meet tight deadlines within health, safety, and environmental policies. - Maintaining effective working relationships and ensuring good communication with internal and external resources. - Performing minor routine machine maintenance and ensuring proper housekeeping in Clean & Pack areas. - Ensuring all waste materials are disposed of correctly and consumables are replenished on time. - Adhering to all EHS, quality, and finance procedures. Qualifications / Requirements: - Practical experience working within a cleanroom environment. - Experience with cGMP and operating computer systems (ThinkWorx, JDE Oneworld, World Wide Labelling system). - Excellent communication skills.
