Our Income Management Team plays a key role in supporting our customers understand and overcome financial challenges so they can sustain their tenancies with confidence.
We’re looking for someone reliable, organised, and customer‑focused to join the team.
What you’ll do
You’ll provide essential administrative support to the Income Management Service, helping us deliver a responsive, reliable service to our customers. Your work will include:
* Supporting our on demand service by responding to customer needs.
* Coordinating the administrative tasks linked to Universal Credit, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
* Managing the paperwork associated with court action, keeping processes clear, timely and compliant.
* Assisting with the day to day operational recovery of debt, helping the team take the right action at the right time.
