Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Director's Assistant / Office Administrator on behalf of our client, based in the St Albans area.
Responsibilities
* You will be providing all PA and administrative support to the company directors
* Tasks to include arranging and co-ordinating corporate events
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Managing and distributing post
* Managing the Heath and safety and site security documentation
* Typing up correspondence
* General training and document control
* All other admin tasks as required
Essential Skills
* Senior admin, PA to MD or similar experience is required
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong IT literacy/typing skills
* Organised and practical
Monday to Friday role. Flexibility on hours offered from 25 to 40 hours per week (negotiable)
Salary: Up to £32,000 pa + Benefits
