Ready to lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional results?\n\nWe Can Offer You:\n\nWork-Life Balance: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, plus flexibility with overtime\n\t\nVehicle: Company Van or Car Allowance of 10%\n\t\nHealth & Wellbeing: 24/7 GP access, mental health support, fitness programmes, and more\n\t\nTraining & Growth: Ongoing professional development to keep you at the top of your game\n\nYour Role:\n\nLead the operations team in the south region, working on multiple contracts within the renewables division\n\t\nExperienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of retrofit renewables\n\t\nWorking knowledge of the PAS 2030/2035 processes survey and PIBI\n\t\nExperience of working within social housing environment and understand how the sector improves peoples lives\n\t\nKnowledge of health and safety regulations and requirements of the repairs service\n\t\nManage and mentor multi-disciplinary field teams across gas service, repair, and installation contracts\n\t\nOversee operational delivery, ensuring compliance with both statutory and regulatory requirements\n\t\nWork closely with teams to deliver high-quality results\n\t\nEnsure accurate performance reporting against KPIs, budgets, and profitability metrics\n\t\nLead on health & safety, compliance, and technical quality, including toolbox talks and inspections\n\t\nBuild strong client and customer relationships and represent Liberty as a senior operational contact\n\t\nMonitor budgets, material use, and job performance to deliver excellent value for money\n\t\nDrive service improvements, contribute to strategic plans, and engage in service development and innovation\n\t\nSupport procurement and onboarding for growth opportunities across the region\n\t\nDeputise for senior leaders and contribute to Liberty’s strategic direction\n\nWhat We Need from You:\n\nFull, clean UK driving licence\n\t\nProven contract supervision experience, managing both technical engineers and office-based staff\n\t\nExperience in Social Housing, especially in Renewables\n\t\nHigh level of technical knowledge and problem-solving skills\n\t\nComfortable using PDA devices and completing accurate, high-quality documentation\n\t\nCity & Guilds, NVQ Level 2, or equivalent in a technical, supervisory, or management discipline\n\t\nStrong understanding of renewables legislation and health & safety best practices\n\t\nExcellent customer service and communication skills with a caring, empathetic approach\n\t\nStrong coaching ability and experience managing change\n\t\nAnalytical, reliable, trustworthy, and driven by achievement\n\t\nA flexible, approachable, and proactive mindset\n\nWhy Liberty?\n\nWe’re a diverse, supportive team focused on making a real impact in the communities we serve.
