What will I be doing?
* Performing various administrative tasks to support the regional customer service hub for the North region
* Data input and problem solving
* Regularly communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
What are the requirements
* Previous experience ideal, but not essential
* Accuracy/attention to detail
* Basic excel skills
* Highly organised and able to prioritise work efficiently
* Problem solving skills
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
* Basic qualifications: GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
* Knowledge of the waste management industry desirable but not obligatory as full training will be provided
