Join us as a Receptionist at Anchor to make a positive difference in the lives of older people. You will support happy living by providing a friendly, polite, and professional reception service, including welcoming visitors and acting as the first point of contact. Having a business administration or customer service NVQ level 2 is desirable.
Anchor is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We have LGBT+ resident groups and colleague networks for BAME, LGBT+, and Disabled staff. These groups celebrate diversity, address concerns, review policies, and empower members. We recruit, train, and promote without discrimination based on race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected statuses. Respect is one of our core values, and we do not tolerate harassment or discrimination from colleagues, residents, or third parties.
Anchor – a great place to work
As England’s largest not-for-profit provider of care and housing for older people, our goal is to transform housing and care so everyone can enjoy a home they love in later life.
Being not-for-profit means that every penny we make or save is reinvested into our residents, the places they live, and our staff. This results in better care, higher wages, more training and development, and improved facilities.
