What You’ll Be Doing We’re recruiting compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated Plymouth team. You’ll support adults with a wide range of needs, enabling them to live safely, happily, and independently in their own homes. You may be supporting clients with: Mental health needs Limited mobility Non‑verbal communication Companionship needs Down syndrome OCD tendencies Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Speech impediments Cerebral palsy Your daily role could include: Supporting with personal care and household tasks Helping with shopping and community activities Transporting clients / enabling access to the community for engagement (this may include use of personal car) Encouraging social engagement and hobbies Administering medication Promoting independence and wellbeing Every day is different — and every day makes a difference.
