We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a growing international business and play a key role in delivering people strategy across our Dewsbury site and wider Group operations.
Working closely with senior leadership and the Group Director of HR & Development, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting employee relations, organisational change, performance management, engagement, and talent development within a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
This is a hands‑on role suited to an experienced HR professional who thrives on building strong relationships, driving positive change, and delivering practical HR solutions that support business success.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Partnering with leaders and managers to drive performance and people initiatives
* Managing employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance matters
* Supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and talent development
* Coaching managers on best practice, leadership behaviours, and employee engagement
* Helping shape a high‑performing, values‑driven culture
* Contributing to HR process improvement and AI‑driven automation of people operations
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
* Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge
* Ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels
* Experience within manufacturing or multi‑site environments is advantageous
* A proactive, organised, and solutions‑focused approach
* Interest or experience in AI‑enabled HR process improvement and automation
