Are you a dynamic and compassionate nurse leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Charge Nurse to lead our 23-bedded Endocrine, Diabetes, and General Medical Ward 32 at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.

About the Role :
As the Senior Charge Nurse, you will:
• Provide visible, effective clinical leadership and operational management of the ward.
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based care.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and service development.
• Foster a culture of learning, compassion, and professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with medical, AHP, and specialist diabetes/endocrine teams.
What We’re Looking For :
• First-level registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Significant post-registration experience in acute medical or specialist care.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong clinical knowledge in diabetes, endocrinology, or general medicine.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational abilities.
• A passion for patient safety, staff wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
