PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £60,000 - £91,400 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
Purpose of the Role
As an Organisational Strategies Partner, you’ll work with our team of highly skilled operating model design specialists to support the shaping and optimising our organisation. In this role you will work closely with BBC stakeholders to understand their unique challenges and objectives, developing creative and innovative operating model solutions to drive success.

Your Responsibilities and Impact
* Lead the assessments of existing operating models to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective operating models that drive efficiency, productivity, and overall business success.
* Lead facilitation of workshops with stakeholder groups.
* Create detailed documentation and visual representations of operating models, including process flows and organisational structures.
* Provide a robust structure behind key initiatives including objectives, governance, resourcing and budget.
* Provide ongoing support to ensure successful transition and alignment with strategic objectives.
* Collaborate with the Organisational Strategies Team on enterprise-wide Centre of Excellence (CoE) initiatives, including building capability through training and coaching.
* Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in operating model design.
Your Skills and Experience
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
* Experience in leading Operating Model or Organisational Design Projects
* Demonstrated experience in consulting / business advisory with a strong track record of providing advice and solutions to stakeholders
* Exceptional presentation skills using MS PowerPoint to design visually appealing and cohesive presentation skills that convey key messages
* Have a strong personal impact with a talent for building successful working relationships
