Gym Host - Soho Health Club 180, Central London role at Soho House & Co
Located at 180 House, where the Strand and Fleet Street meet, this historic site features an outdoor terrace, a rooftop pool and views over the city. The eighth-floor dining room offers an elevated dining experience, with casual dining in the rest of the club and on the rooftop terrace. A wide selection of wines and new seasonal cocktails can be enjoyed with lunch, dinner or after hours.
Responsibilities
* The Gym Host will provide an excellent service and member journey, ensuring all needs are catered for.
* Main responsibilities include understanding and responding to member requirements in the retail spaces.
* Carry out hosting duties on the gym and club floor when needed.
* Manage bookings and the treatment diary.
What We Are Looking For
* Telephone-based customer service experience (highly preferred)
* Previous experience with reservations & ecommerce systems (Book4Time/Magento) is preferred; however, full training will be provided
* Previous experience of working with high profile/VIP guests
