Job Summary
Micheldever Tyre Services is looking for a passionate and commercially minded Brand Executive to work with the Brand Managers on the initiatives that form the respective Marketing Plans to deliver the sales numbers each year – working with colleagues in the Performance and Channel marketing teams to execute these activities - both in the B2C as well as the B2B sector – helping people in retail centres and dealerships understand why they should actively promote those brands to customers. This is likely to include national campaigns, trade events and promotional activity, on- and off-line, direct and in centre.
1. Essential: Experience of Product / Brand Marketing
2. Hybrid Split : 1-3 days in the office/field, 2 days working from home.

About the role:
4. Develop the individual marketing activities that make up each Plan, working closely with the Brand Managers to instigate specific marketing activities
5. Deputising/representing the Brand Managers as required
6. Effective management and reporting, providing regular updates for the wider business on the progress against the Plan, pre-agreed KPIs, budget summaries and input to reporting packs
7. Collaborative working with fellow Brand Managers/Execs and wider marketing team
About you:
8. Passionate about Brand and Marketing, able to create successful marketing plans across multiple channels (online/Social/PR/point of sale).
9. A commercial mindset with an understanding of return on investment (ROI) and being able to manage budgets is key
10. Business partnering experience desirable but not essential.

Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) was founded in 1972 as a part-time venture providing car servicing and tyres. Today, Micheldever Group is the fastest growing wholesaler, distributor and retailer of tyres in the UK, selling six million tyres nationwide, (20 percent of the total UK market) and employing approximately 2100 employees company wide.
To support this business, we have built a wholesale distribution network of 14 sites around the UK supplying over 6,000 retailers and our own retail chain Protyre which is consistently growing. This is achieved by skilled, focused and determined teams across 1 central distribution and 13 warehouse operations nationwide.
