As we accelerate our brand and product roadmap, we’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to shape how our products are launched, communicated, and loved.
The Propositions Manager (product marketing manager) will be the strategic bridge between marketing, our product and our players. Sitting within the Brand team and reporting into the Head of Brand, this role is responsible for defining product positioning, leading go-to-market strategy, orchestrating cross-functional execution, and ensuring our players clearly understand the value of every new feature, game, and platform enhancement.
You will deeply understand the online casino/iGaming landscape, player behaviour, and competitive shifts. You will transform product insight into powerful narratives and measurable growth, supporting both acquisition and retention.
What You Will Do
* Go-to-Market Leadership: Own GTM strategy across new games, features, and platform updates; define player personas, value proposition, positioning, and messaging. Lead cross-functional launch plans aligned across Brand, CRM, Performance, Social, and Affiliates.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand, Casino, Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Data, CRM, and Affiliates to deliver initiatives seamlessly. Represent marketing within product squads, providing audience insight and strategic direction.
* Lifecycle & Performance: Manage products from concept to post-launch optimisation. Track performance, engagement, and market trends, turning analytics into actionable improvements.
* Campaigns & Enablement: Develop compelling product content and launch materials; bring product stories to life across channels; equip affiliates with clear positioning and promotional assets.
* CRM & Automation: Design automated journeys and retention campaigns with CRM, leveraging tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to drive personalised engagement and performance.
What Were Looking For
* iGaming Expertise: Experience in online casino, gambling, or related digital entertainment.
* Product Marketing: Strong track record launching fast-paced consumer tech products, with deep understanding of player needs, segmentation, and market dynamics to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Technical & Analytical: Comfortable with tracking tools, marketing analytics, and back-office systems; able to turn data into strategic actions.
* Collaboration & Communication: Excellent storyteller and presenter, influential across teams and senior stakeholders, organised and proactive in owning projects end-to-end.
* Mindset: Curious about player psychology, passionate about differentiated iGaming experiences, commercially driven with strategic and creative problem-solving.
