Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts 6am2pm, 2pm10pm, 10pm6am

As an Operative, youll play a vital role in our site operations, reporting directly to the Site Manager. Youll be hands-on across various areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch, and housekeeping all while maintaining the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols.
Due to the sites location and shift times, having your own transport is highly recommended.

Key Responsibilities
* Achieve daily production targets
* Record and report quality data
* Load/unload products from plant and vehicles
* Ensure accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site

What Were Looking For
1. Proven experience in a production and despatch environment
2. Good communication skills and strong numeracy
3. Mobile plant licence for diesel counterbalance forklift truck (desirable)
