What We're Looking For Strong programming skills, with recent experience in C#/.Net or other OO languages such as Java or Python .
Experience with SQL databases .
Exposure to Azure or AWS .
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A passion for technology, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Financial Services experience is a plus, but not essential.
Minimum 2:1 degree in Computer Science (or related field) from a Russell Group university .
