Description
As Head of Corporate Services Procurement, you will:
Lead category strategies across corporate services, HR Services, Legal & Audit, Consultancy, Travel & Meetings, and other indirect spend areas.
Act as the go‑to expert for HR procurement, bringing market insight and commercial leadership.
Oversee and optimise supply chains for UK Temporary Labour and Security Subcontractors.
Negotiate with key suppliers, ensuring contracts deliver value, compliance, and innovation.
Drive supplier consolidation programmes and challenge spend behaviours to unlock savings.
Deliver a multiyear savings pipeline and P&L benefits across categories.
Represent procurement at leadership level, influencing strategy and supporting bid activity.
Profile
A successful Head of Corporate Services - Procurement Category Lead should have:
Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a strong focus on corporate services, agency labour and HR-related categories.
Deep commercial acumen and exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
