As CRM Lead, you will play a key role in maximizing the value of our newly implemented Salesforce CRM system. Leading a team of product, data, and engineering experts, you will improve supporter and fundraising journeys, enhance system processes, maintain data quality, and ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a clear CRM strategy aligned with supporter needs and organizational objectives. Lead a high-performing, collaborative team across multiple projects and workstreams. Ensure the Salesforce platform remains reliable, scalable, and user-friendly, with continuous optimization. Champion data quality, governance, and compliance to support effective reporting and decision-making. Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage third-party suppliers to maximize value and delivery. Monitor and report on CRM KPIs to demonstrate system impact and drive supporter engagement and income growth. Qualifications and Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in CRM delivery and development, including Salesforce and CRM-related technologies. Strong understanding of data management, integration, and automation best practices. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior non-technical colleagues. Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver operational improvements and agile product delivery. Familiarity with third-party tools such as Findock, and payment/marketing platforms. Adaptable, collaborative mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Commitment to the vision, mission, and values of Save the Children. Additional Details:

The majority of work can be performed remotely within the UK, with occasional visits (2-4 days per month or 6-8 days per quarter) to the London office required for collaboration and relationship building.
