As a\nCommercial Manager, you will efficiently manage all commercial\naspects of the business continually striving for improvement on\nprofit margins and our working capital position. You will lead a\ncommercial team with significant opportunity for development\nthrough business growth; consistently driving a culture of margin\nimprovement. You will be a key figure in managing and owning the\nclient relationship ensuring we maximise our position\ncommercially.

Key\nResponsibilities
1. Ensure\nthe achievement of annual (and monthly) commercial objectives and\ntargets in line with the operations manager; setting the annual\ncontract plan & monitor / deliver performance against\nit
2. Actively manage and participate in the\nwinning of work; overseeing Process Management and negotiation of\nkey contract terms for new (& where appropriate existing\ncontracts) to minimise business risk and maximise\nreturns
3. Develop new processes & management\nfor: Cost & value capture, subcontractor relationships and\nmanagement, weekly profit and loss production and evaluation and\napplication process and accuracy
