About the role
You will work within one of our delivery portfolios with the Customer Solutions business, delivering large‑scale projects in a complex regulated corporate environment. You are responsible for ensuring business outcomes are delivered effectively within budgets up to £10m. You will guide delivery through the technology enterprise architecture, data, cyber security and domain strategies.
Responsibilities
* Own planning and resource allocation across a 3‑12 month horizon, coordinating multiple delivery teams to achieve simultaneous outcomes on time and within budget.
* Serve as the escalation point for programme‑level processes, keeping delivery on track and coaching teams to perform at their best.
* Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Principal Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects and Test Leads to craft a clear, strategic roadmap from inception to completion.
* Own end‑to‑end delivery, driving results that meet the highest standards of quality, time and cost.
Qualifications
* Clear and concise communication style when working with the business.
* Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
* Team management experience.
* Positive, caring attitude and a willingness to contribute to the community.
