My client is looking to modernise their business operations and as such need digitally minded consultants/process engineers who are experts at identifying root cause of current process inefficiencies, process simplification and automation, design future-state workflows and use AI where it makes sense to unlock step-change efficiency, accuracy and customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Skilled in process delivery and diagnostics, with a proven ability to rapidly map current-state workflows and identify root causes of inefficiencies.
* Experienced in designing future-state processes using first principles and practical re-engineering to unlock measurable improvements.
* Adept at simplifying complex operations while preserving customer differentiation and enhancing cross-functional collaboration.
* Focused on driving efficiency and quality through targeted interventions, including automation and AI-backed solutions where appropriate.
* Committed to delivering scalable enhancements via rapid pilots and proof-of-concepts, translating insights into tangible business outcomes.
Qualifications
* Consulting experience: 5-8 years in a top management consulting firm at Senior Consultant / Manager or equivalent. Digital experience mandatory
* Process analysis expertise: Proven track record re-engineering large, regulated or customer-critical processes (banking, PE or similar).
* AI fluency: Hands-on experience scoping or delivering AI-backed solutions to streamline workflows; comfortable engaging data scientists and vendors.
* Toolset: Familiarity with Microsoft Visio or similar, BPM tools, basic Python or SQL for data prep/analysis (a plus, not mandatory)
