Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner

Location: Liverpool, Warrington, Runcorn or Wigan with hybrid working

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

A well-established and growing regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner to join its busy and highly regarded Conveyancing team.

The successful candidate will manage their own residential conveyancing caseload while working within a close-knit team that prides itself on delivering a smooth, commercially focused, and client-friendly service throughout the home moving process.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, maintaining high standards of client care and compliance throughout.


Key responsibilities include:

* Managing residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity matters
* Maintaining strong communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and third parties
* Managing files efficiently in line with deadlines, compliance and regulatory requirements
* Providing clear and commercially pragmatic advice to clients throughout the transaction process
* Resolving issues proactively and maintaining momentum on transactions
* Maintaining accurate file management and compliance standards
* Supporting assistants and junior colleagues where appropriate
* Contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment
* Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and client experience


Candidate Requirements

The firm is open to applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners.


You will be:

* A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEx
* Experienced in residential conveyancing with the ability to manage matters independently
* Technically strong across the full conveyancing process
* Confident handling client relationships and third-party communications
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Calm and professional under pressure
* Collaborative and team-oriented in your approach
* Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills
* Committed to delivering a high standard of client care
