An effective manager of people; able to support colleagues pastorally and oversee practical arrangements to ensure cover levels are maintained. A colleague who can offer a warm welcome to our students and their families; being the first point of contact for them and for visitors. A safeguarding and safety approach; our front desks are the guardians to maintain controlled access and consistently apply our safeguarding arrangements during school hours. A continuous improvement mindset; able to assess our systems and processes and always look for a better way for us to work – finding consistency, efficiency and using technology to our advantage. A peer group leader for all administrators; facilitating a support network across our various locations and ensuring that their development and training needs are met. There is a genuine occupational requirement for the postholder to have access to a vehicle for work purposes due to the multi-campus working environment. In addition to the benefits provided by BCP Council, Linwood School also provides: An Employee Assistance Programme to support staff wellbeing. Career development.
