Telemarketer/ Appointment Setter (Telecoms / B2B Sales)
Whiteley, Fareham
£30,000 - £35,000 + Commission (OTE £45,000 - £55,000+) + Progression
Are you an experienced Telemarketing Executive with a background in telecoms, looking for a high-performance role where you can generate quality opportunities and significantly increase your earnings?
On offer is the opportunity to join a fast-growing telecoms business with a strong reputation and clear progression into senior sales and field-based roles. This is a key hire within the internal sales function, supporting continued growth across telecoms, IT, and mobile solutions.
In this role, you will engage with both cold and warm B2B leads, speaking directly with decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality appointments for the field sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving pipeline and revenue growth.
This role would suit a Senior Telemarketing Executive, Appointment Setter, or B2B Sales professional with telecoms experience, looking for strong earning potential and career progression.
The Role
* Engage with cold and warm B2B leads across the UK
* Speak with business owners and decision-makers
* Qualify opportunities and book high-quality sales appointments
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects
* Work closely with the field sales team to maximise conversions
* Office-based role (Mon-Thurs 9-5:30, early finish Friday 3pm, no weekends)

* Experience in telemarketing / B2B sales (telecoms preferred)
* Confident speaking with decision-makers
* Strong communication and rapport-building skills
* Target-driven and motivated by commission
