Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver a high quality, customer focused People service across a multi-site F&B operation. Working closely with operational and head office leaders, you will play a key role in driving people initiatives, supporting organisational change, and building high performing teams aligned to business goals.
The role:
* Partner with senior leaders to deliver HR strategy, organisational design, and workforce planning initiatives
* Coach and develop managers, building leadership capability and supporting performance, conduct, and absence management
* Lead complex employee relations cases, providing expert employment law advice and liaising with legal advisors where needed
* Oversee the full employee lifecycle, identifying and developing talent while driving engagement and retention
* Deliver training, analyse HR data, and support change initiatives through reporting, insights, and people projects
Experience:
* Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior generalist role, ideally within a multi-site or hospitality environment
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
* Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations cases
* Strong influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially aware with excellent organisational ability
* Experience with HR systems such as Harri is highly desirable
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* CIPD Level 5 or 7 (or equivalent) preferred
