Purpose of Role:
To support the Sales Team to ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience from order to project completion
Duties:
Responsible for order processing - ensuring equipment is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
Managing customers expectations during the process and project closure phase.
To resolve challenges for customers when orders cannot be fulfilled.
Finalisation of projects under the guidance of Sales Team.
Adhering to company processes and procedures.
Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Accounts Departments
Build excellent relationships with customers.
Experience
* Experience in customer services
* Knowledge of data based systems
* Good knowledge of MS office (essential)
* Strong Administration and customer service skills
* Ability to work calmly in a busy environment
* NVQ in Business Administration desired
